Shipping & Timeline

Q: How long does production take?
A: Orders typically ship within 2-4 weeks after purchase. Custom requests may take longer depending on complexity and our current workload.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Q: How is shipping calculated?
A: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Returns & Support

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: No. Due to the custom nature of our work, we don't accept returns. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged?

Eco-Friendly Practices

Q: How are your products eco-friendly?
A: We use PLA filament made from renewable plant-based materials and recycled PETG when appropriate. We also use eco-friendly packaging materials.
