Welcome to BuildJet. We're a small, eco-friendly 3D printing business that creates custom prints on demand. Here's what you need to know to work with us.

What We Offer
Browse our catalog to see available designs, or contact us about custom prints. We work with eco-friendly materials whenever possible and handle each order individually.

How to Order
For items in our catalog, add them to your cart and check out normally. For custom requests, email us at buildjetbusiness@gmail.com with your design file or detailed description. We'll review it and get back to you about feasibility and pricing.

What to Expect
As a small operation, our production times are longer than major retailers. Orders typically take 2-4 weeks to ship, depending on our current queue. We'll keep you updated on your order status.

Custom Requests
If you have a 3D model file (STL, OBJ, or similar formats), send it to buildjetbusiness@gmail.com along with any color or material preferences. If you have an idea but no file, describe it as clearly as possible and we'll let you know if we can help.

Important Notes
Due to the custom nature of our work, we don't accept returns. Please review your order carefully before submitting. Shipping times are longer than typical online retailers, so plan accordingly. If you have questions, email us at buildjetbusiness@gmail.com.
